The Lithuanian health data reuse pathway is a national data infrastructure established to enable secure, centralised access to linked health and administrative records, covering approximately 3.7 million individuals from Lithuania. Participants are included passively through routine data collection from national systems such as electronic health records, health insurance claims, cancer and death registries, and social insurance databases. The cohort includes individuals of all ages and demographics, from infants to the elderly, reflecting the general population of Lithuania. The cohort is continuously updated, with new data added daily from healthcare and administrative systems.
