Sample details

LOGIC aims to reveal developmental trajectories to adult psychiatric illness and provide an evidence base by which to improve risk stratification, early identification, and intervention efforts in referred youth. As of 2023, the cohort includes over 1,000 youth, aged 6 to 17 years, consecutively referred for neuropsychiatric evaluation at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston, United States of America. Participants have been recruited since 2014 through clinical referrals for comprehensive neuropsychiatric evaluations, providing DNA samples and access to their clinical data. Follow-up assessments are conducted periodically, including measures of executive and intellectual functions, and various psychiatric dimensions.
