MARP examines resilience in young people and the transition from adolescence and school life to adulthood and professional life. The study recruited young volunteers aged 18 to 25 years from Mainz in Rhineland-Palatinate and its surrounding areas in Germany. Participants are healthy young adults with no history of severe mental illness and are followed up annually by the study team. At baseline, 201 participants were included in the study.
