The McMaster Teen Study aims to understand the longitudinal associations between bullying, mental health, and academic achievement. In 2008, the study recruited and assessed 875 Grade 5 (10 years of age) children from 51 schools in Ontario, Canada, and their parents. Participants were followed up annually until they were 26 years old. A follow-up is planned for when participants are 30 years old.
