MoBa is a prospective population-based birth cohort study that aims to investigate the causes of serious diseases, including environmental and genetic factors. The study includes around 285,000 participants recruited from across Norway from 1999-2008, with data collection beginning at the 17th week of pregnancy. Follow-ups were conducted at weeks 22 and 30. Further follow-ups occurred when the child was 6 months, 18 months, 3 years, 5 years, 8 years, and 13 years old. Additionally, linkage data are integrated into the MoBa database.
