The Moli-Sani study aims to evaluate the risk factors (environmental, genetics, and biomolecular) linked to chronic-degenerative disease. The sample consists of close to 25,000 participants aged 35 to 98 recruited between 2005 and 2010 from the Molise region in Italy. Data collection includes ongoing assessments and recalls, with baseline and follow-up assessments covering a wide range of clinical, biological, and psychometric measures, including imaging for a subsample of around 3,000 participants.
