The n2c2 (formerly known as i2b2) system is a scalable computational framework for managing human health data. The dataset consists of all electronic records (psychiatric and non-psychiatric) from 127,504 patients using the i2b2 Workbench software, which have a billing diagnosis of major depressive disorder, drawn from out-patient psychiatry practices affiliated with multiple, large hospitals in New England, United States of America.
