The NAPLS is a consortium of nine programs. NAPLS-3 is the third phase of the project and a five-year prospective study, involving 710 clinically high-risk participants aged 12 to 30 years, meeting the Criteria of Psychosis-Risk Syndromes (COPS). Recruitment spanned three years (February 2015 to November 2018), with two years of follow-up assessments. Clinical and biomarker assessments occurred every two months for the first 8 months, followed by clinical assessments at 12, 18, and 24 months. For those transitioning to psychosis, assessments were repeated at transition and one year post-transition to confirm diagnosis.
