This study is an extension of the Human Connectome Project for Early Psychosis and aimed to categorise neuroprogression throughout the early course of psychosis and to understand the association of neuroprogressive trajectories with clinical and functional outcomes. From 2019, the study recruited approximately 130 patients with schizophrenia‐spectrum disorders or mood disorders with psychotic features, aged 18 to 35 years, from hospitals in Massachusetts, United States of America. Assessments were conducted at baseline, 8- and 16-month follow-ups.
