NKI-RS is an ongoing, institutionally centered endeavor aimed at creating a large-scale, deeply phenotyped, community-ascertained lifespan sample of individuals aged 6 to 85 years old, with advanced neuroimaging and genetics. Measures include a wide array of physiological and psychological assessments, genetic information, and advanced neuroimaging. The study includes three phases of samples, including a pilot study conducted in 2010 and 2011, Sample I from 2011 to 2020, and Sample II, which began in 2021 and is ongoing.
