Nurses and Midwives e-Cohort Study (NMeS)

The NMeS was a longitudinal, web-based study of 7,633 nurses and midwives from Australia and New Zealand, designed to investigate workforce retention and health outcomes. Participants were recruited between April 2006 and March 2008 via email, postal invitations, and university outreach. The cohort includes both practising professionals and undergraduate nursing students, with the majority being female. Baseline surveys were conducted from August 2008 to September 2009, with follow-up surveys from May 2010 to January 2011.
