The NNDC MOP is a clinical program and large-scale, longitudinal, multi-site study aiming to transform the care of patients with mood disorders. Patients aged 13 years or older with a primary diagnosis of any mood disorder, being cared for at participating NNDC clinics across the United States are invited to participate in the program. Participants are continuously being enrolled into the study and their clinical data is collected as part of the standard of care at these clinics. Since 2015, participating NNDC sites have implemented the program and followed more than 10,000 patients.
