National Youth Victimization Prevention Survey, 1992-1994 (NVYPS)

The NYVPS was a nationally representative United States of America (USA)-based study that enrolled 2,000 children aged 10 to 16 to assess youth victimisation experiences and the effectiveness of prevention programs. Participants were recruited in 1992 through random-digit dialling using an area probability sample of USA households with telephones. Participants were followed up once between 8 and 24 months after the baseline interview, with an average follow-up interval of 15 months.
