Ontario Mental Health Reporting System (OMHRS)
OMHRS contains data on all individuals receiving adult mental health services in Ontario, Canada, as well as some individuals receiving services in youth inpatient beds and selected facilities in other provinces (Newfoundland, Labrador, and Manitoba). Records in OMHRS are updated at admission, at discharge, for significant changes in health status, and quarterly. The OMHRS data are analysed and summarised into reports.
