OpenSAFELY is a secure, transparent, open-source software platform for analysing electronic health record data. All platform activity is publicly logged. All code for data management and analysis is shared under open licenses and, by default, for scientific review and efficient re-use. It is currently executing code across a large amount of data: 58 million patients' full raw NHS England General Practice (GP) records, linked to various other sources.
