Origins of Alzheimer’s Disease Across the Life course study (ORACLE)

The participants of the ORACLE study were recruited from the Generation R study, based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. At the year 13 follow up, the subsample of Generation R parents were recruited to be followed up with the ORACLE study. Many of the participants had been part of the "Generation R Focus Cohort", and approximately 64% were female. The study also linked to the Rotterdam Study, to research across the life course.
