The Oregon-ADHD-1000 is a longitudinal case-control ADHD cohort of children followed annually for up to 12 years, with repeated neuroimaging, deep clinical phenotyping, and DNA analysis covering the developmental span from 7 to over 19 years of age. The cohort includes children with ADHD, typically developing children without ADHD, and children with sub-threshold ADHD symptoms. At recruitment, the children were aged 7-12 years and lived within a 50-mile radius of the Oregon Health & Science University in Oregon, USA.
