PRECISE-SG100K is a comprehensive population study focusing on the health and well-being of around 100,000 Singaporean residents aged over 21 years, representing three major ethnic groups in Singapore, including Chinese, Malay and Indian ethnicities. The SG100K cohort was established in 2022 by drawing participants from four existing prospective cohorts (HELIOS, SPHS, SEED and SingHeart) and recruiting around 30,000 new participants. Participants completed comprehensive baseline assessments between 2022 and 2025, and their long-term health outcomes are being monitored through linkage with electronic medical records, disease registers and invitations for further follow-up.
