PRISME developed individualised brain models of patients with psychosis and investigated the neurobiological mechanisms related to severe psychiatric disorders. Beginning in 2019, the study recruited 22 patients aged at least 18 years diagnosed with psychotic disorders who had at least one psychotic episode in their medical records from Quebec, Canada. Participants were followed up monthly for at least one year, until the study concluded in 2024.
