Sample details

Project MIMIc is a study aiming to examine the impact of social media use and exposure to media content towards the development of adolescent identity. Participants include adolescents aged 12 to 18, from schools across Slovenia, Belgium and France. The cohort comprises over 2,500 individuals, of which 607 are from Belgium, 868 from France and 1,246 from Slovenia. Follow-ups of participants have occurred at three different time points over one year, with a subset of participants being further monitored to gain deeper insights into their day-to-day media interactions.
