PSYSCAN is an international, multicenter study examining the early stages of psychosis. Between 2016 and 2019, the study recruited participants, aged between 14 and 40 years, from across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and Australia. The study comprised three cohorts: 239 individuals at clinical high risk of psychosis (CHR-P), 328 patients who experienced a first episode of psychosis (FEP), and 139 healthy controls (HC). All participants were assessed at baseline. FEP participants were followed up at 2, 6, and 12 months. CHR-P participants were followed up at 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 months. HC participants were followed up at 6 and 12 months.
