Project Talent Twin and Sibling Study (PTTS)
BACK
Sample details

The PTTS aimed to quantify variation in health factors experienced across three levels of shared exposure: specific to twin pairs, shared by all family members, and school- and community-level characteristics. The PTTS was a follow-up study of a subsample of participants from Project Talent (PT), a population-representative study of high school students in the United States of America, first assessed in 1960 and followed through 1974. The PTTS involved follow-up assessments between 2014 and 2019, collecting data from 2,253 individuals, including complete twin and triplet sets, and their non-twin siblings.
