Growing Up in Quebec is the name of the second edition of the Québec Longitudinal Study of Child Development (QLSCD 2) and began in 2018 in Quebec, Canada. The cohort consists of infants born in 2018, to mothers residing in Montréal, Mauricie–Centre-du-Québec, and Montérégie, Canada. A total of 449 participants were invited to participate. As well as the 2018-born infants, the QLSCD 2 includes a second cohort of infants born in 2020 and 2021, at 60 gestational weeks, to mothers across urban and rural areas of Quebec, particularly from low socio-economic backgrounds. This second cohort included 8,200 participants.
