QResearch is a consolidated database of anonymised health records from general practices throughout the United Kingdom. Established in 2003, the database includes linked data dating back to 1989. It includes data from over 40 million patients across the United Kingdom who are currently registered with general practices, as well as historical patients who may have died or left general practices. Alongside data from general practises NHS England provides information on a range of topics, such as cancer diagnoses, mortality, and hospital admissions.
