Asturias Cumulative Psychiatric Case Register (RACPAS)
RACPAS is the cumulative psychiatric case register (CPCR) for the Principado de Asturias (an autonomous community in northern Spain). It began to function on 1 January 1986 and gathers information on patients who are seen in any mental health facility of Asturias, whether as an outpatient (Mental Health Centres) or in hospital (emergencies, referrals, and admissions).
