REgistry of Pediatric Sjögren syndrome in Umcg-LongiTudinal (REPSULT)

REPSULT is an observational prospective cohort study investigating the disease presentation of children with Sjögren syndrome (SS)-like complaints. The study includes 100 patients of the outpatient clinic of the Department of Pediatric Rheumatology in the University Medical Center Groningen, Netherlands, with confirmed or probable SS before the age of 17 years, as well as 200 age and sex matched control patients visiting any of the pediatric, neurology, orthopedic, or surgery department outpatient clinics. All patients will be followed up for 10 years, with extensive evaluation after 1, 2, 5, and 10 years.
