Compendium of medical information for psychiatry (RIM-P)
Public and private health establishments that have an authorised activity in psychiatry in metropolitan France and in the departments overseas territories are required to collect information relating to the healthcare activity for each patient treated. This patient information is anonymized and transferred to an exchange platform ("programme de médicalisation des systèmes d'information" [PMSI]). The information collected in the registry is extracted from the information system of the health establishment.
