The Sabzevar Cohort Study aims to assess the prevalence and incidence of non-communicable diseases, along with an exploration of the associated risk factors in Sabzevar, Iran. From 2016, the study recruited and assessed over 5,000 Iranian adults aged 35 to 70 years, and participants are assessed annually, with plans to follow participants for 15 years.
