The SBMU HEC Study investigates the health and wellbeing of employees at the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran. Employees of the university aged 18 years or older were recruited into the study beginning in 2017. Over 2,900 participants completed phase one of the study. Participants are being followed quarterly for the duration of the study.
