The Second-cycle KWMP has developed from the first cycle to further examine and compare the career progression, challenges, and experiences of both male and female managers. Beginning in 2020, participants include 3,500 female managers, over 1,500 male managers, and HR officers from 604 businesses. Participants are followed up annually, with the second-wave of the second-cycle survey conducted in the same year, including over 2,800 female managers and 1,200 male managers, and HR officers from 492 businesses.
