SELCoH is an epidemiological cohort study of psychiatric and physical morbidity in approximately 1,700 adults aged 16 years and over. The participants were randomly selected from 1,075 households in the south London boroughs of Southwark and Lambeth in 2008 and followed across three timepoints until 2016. The population of Southwark and Lambeth is highly diverse in terms of ethnicity and wealth, ensuring that the study encompassed a wide a range of health service users served by South London and Maudsley National Health Service Foundation Trust (SLaM).
