SibeR is a national quality register for internet-based psychological treatments, gathering data from treatments where the participant is assigned a digitally mediated program and is guided by healthcare personnel. SibeR was launched in 2015, at the same time as a national platform for digital support and treatments became available for all 21 regions in Sweden. Near the end of 2015, 236 participants were included in SibeR, aged 18 to 83 years, who started internet-mediated and therapist-supported cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for depression, social phobia, and panic syndrome.
