SIPP provides comprehensive data on income dynamics, employment, household composition, and participation in government programs in the United States of America (USA). The study recruited U.S. civilian non-institutionalized individuals aged 15 years and older, starting in 1984, and new panels have been periodically enrolled since then. The panels consist of U.S. civilian non-institutionalized individuals aged 15 years and older, representing a diverse demographic cross-section of the population. Each panel is followed for 2.5 to 4 years, with participants being interviewed every 4 months to collect detailed information on income, employment, household composition, and participation in government programs.
