The SLP is a nationally representative monthly panel survey of middle-aged and older adults in Singapore. The SLP began in 2015 with a sample of Singaporean citizens and permanent residents aged between 50 and 70 years of age, and their spouses. A total of 15,200 respondents from 11,500 households enrolled in the panel and completed the baseline survey in 2015. The participants have since been followed up with monthly surveys on economic, physical, mental, and social well-being.
