Sample details

The Stanford Twin Registry investigates the genetic and environmental influences on various traits using a cohort of twins from California. Participants are fraternal and identical twins and multiples of all ages, ranging from infancy to 90. Since its inception in 1995, the registry has continued to enrol participants, reaching over 6,000 participants in 2019. Participants are followed up through annual newsletters and various events to maintain engagement and update information.
