Sample details

STANISLAS cohort is a single-center familial longitudinal cohort comprising 1,006 families (4,295 participants) from the Nancy region of France who were recruited during 1993-95 at the Center for Preventive Medicine during a yearly routine examination, under the coverage of the Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Maladie (CNAM). The second and third visits were performed around 5 and 10 years later, respectively. Thereafter, the cohort follow-up was moved to the Plurithematic Clinical Investigation Center at Nancy University Hospital and the fourth visit (held from 2011 to 2016) included 1,705 subjects of the original cohort willing to return.
