Stressors and uplifts of confinement due to covid-19

This longitudinal study follows 120 academic and administrative staff of Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Spain during the Covid-19 pandemic. The participants were assessed online at three different time points: during the full lockdown , after the gradual lifting of restrictions and after confinement. Their average age was about 46 years old, 77 of them belonged to academic staff (64%) and 43 to administrative staff (36%), 76 were male (63%) and 43 were female (36%), and most of them (n = 99, 83%) were married or lived with a partner.
