This study examines the mental health of a representative sample of immigrants residing in Santiago, Chile (STRING cohort) prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample consists of individuals 18 years or over, born in a country other than Chile, who had been living in Chile for at least 3 months at baseline, and were able to understand Spanish.
