The aim of the STYPRN project is to identify the prevalence of subclinical thyroid dysfunction in pregnancy and assess the effect of levothyroxine on pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with subclinical thyroid dysfunction. The study population includes over 1,000 pregnant women attending prenatal clinics under the coverage of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran.
