TCLSIH investigates the relationships between chronic low-grade systemic inflammation and various health outcomes in Tianjin, China. The study continuously recruits participants who are at least 18 years old, not pregnant, and have lived in Tianjin for at least 5 years. As of 2019, over 30,000 participants have been included in the study. Follow-ups are conducted every 1-2 years to monitor the health outcomes of the participants.
