TIGER is a cohort study that aims to investigate the predictors and trajectories of cognitive impairment in community-dwelling older adults. Participants were recruited from a senior health check-up program in northern Taiwan in two phases. Cohort 1 was recruited and completed baseline assessments between 2011 and 2013, and cohort 2 was recruited and completed baseline assessments between 2019 and 2022. Each cohort includes over 600 participants aged 65 and older without dementia, and participants have been followed up every two to three years.
