The COVID-MH study aims to investigate the immediate and medium-term impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the required social distancing and self-isolation measures on people’s mental health and wellbeing in the United Kingdom (UK). In March and April 2020, the study recruited a nationally representative sample of over 3,000 adults from across the UK. The study assessed participants at seven time points spanning 12 months, and aims to conduct a longer-term follow-up.
