The USRT was a cohort of over 104,000 current and former radiologic technologists across the United States of America. The study identified and recruited radiologic technologists who were certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists for at least 2 years from 1926 - 1982. The study conducted four major surveys during 1983-2014 with follow-up questionnaires to those who reported working with radioisotope or fluoroscopically-guided procedures.
