Westmannia Cardiovascular Risk Factors Study (WiCTORY)
WiCTORY tracks the cardiovascular health of over 34,000 adults turning 40 or 50 years old during the years 1990–1999 (i.e. born 1940–1959) and living in Västmanland County, Sweden. Participants were recruited following invitation and attendance at a screening for cardiovascular risk factors at one of the county’s primary health care centres, alongside reporting a valid Swedish personal identification number.
