WRAP is a longitudinal observational cohort of over 1,700 adults in Wisconsin, United States of America, recruited between the ages of 40 and 65 from 2001 onwards. The cohort is enriched with participants at risk for Alzheimer's disease, defined as having at least one biological parent diagnosed with dementia due to probable Alzheimer's disease. Several recruitment sources were utilised, such as memory assessment clinics, newspaper advertisements, and word of mouth.
