The ZAMFAM study aims to evaluate delivery of integrated psychosocial, economic strengthening, and clinical services to human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV)-affected households through Zambia. From July to October of 2017, 544 adolescents living with HIV aged 5 to 17 years and their adult caregivers were recruited from Central and Eastern Provinces of Zambia. The majority of ALHIV (58.6%) were aged between 10 and 17 years, and most were female (58.5%).
